SALT has curated an elective-focused curriculum combining the best of the Classical Education trivium model for intellectual development [grammar, logic, and rhetoric] and Charlotte Mason’s educational philosophy of incorporating living books, literature, timelines, and notebooking. An interdisciplinary approach allows students to make more connections between the subjects. A Biblical worldview and global focus is central and integrated throughout the study of history, geography, science, literature, art, and music. God’s Word is the fundamental Truth on which the entire curriculum is built, and each week provides a comprehensive and cohesive learning experience, centered around Jesus. The Hebraic model of education centers around learning who God is.
“For from him and through him and to him are all things.” Romans 11:36

SALT values and recognizes the importance and benefits of healthy peer interactions, building positive social skills, forging strong relationships, and fostering a multi-age community of friendships among our students. As well as being dedicated to providing an excellent education for our children, we, as mothers, offer support, encouragement, and fellowship to one another, as we navigate the joys and challenges of homeschooling together.
